Eyes Colour Acuity Test

"A series of subtly varied colour swatches ranging between two hues is presented out of order, and it's up to you to rearrange the swatches so that the gradient between the two colours is correct.
Upon completion of the test you're presented with a score on a comparative scale based on your age and gender.
On a scale between 0 and 99, with 0 being Perfect Colour Acuity and 99 being Low Colour Acuity."

Re: Eyes Colour Acuity Test

This is really important to me; I need to know that I really can rely upon what I think I am seeing, especially when it comes to colour acuity.  I took this test I think about five years ago. I have regular tests at hospital because of a developing problem with my vision. The last one there ironically showed better performance with colour acuity in my problem eye. I was quite worried taking this test still, so was very relieved to get:

Re: Eyes Colour Acuity Test

I haven't tried but looking at the test on my cheap monitor many of the hues looked the same but looking at it on my better half's iilama they are different - at least most of them are - but I suspect that the ability to do well depends to a large extent on the monitor quality

It's probably down to your monitor, rather than yourself.
Don't give up yet.

Re: Eyes Colour Acuity Test

You know,  I'm sure I've seen this test before somewhere...      http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,106428.0.html/
I scored an 11,  but it's definitely subject to having a monitor with good colour reproduction, and appropriate calibration!
