Hardly a surprise. Tesco are sharks and in the USA they still have pretty strong moral values about customer service. If a british company go out there with a british "get stuffed we just want your money" attitude then they will never make it. Tesco appear to have found this out the hard way.  Grin

I'm sure I saw somewhere that retail profit margins are very slim in the US.
As you say any of our lot try the same over there they would be regarded as profiteering no service fleecers.
We generally laugh at the American "Have a nice day" but we're lucky to get even a smile here as we hand over our hard earned cash.
