Starting Midnight, Friday 2nd January 2009, the off-peak period for all xxxxx ADSL products will operate between 00:00hrs and 08:00hrs, 7 days a week. Peak hours will therefore operate between 08:00hrs and 00:00hrs, 7 days a week. The new peak and off-peak operating times are being implemented to bring the ADSL products in line with xxxxx ADSL2+ products. [/url]

I think that's a slip of the fingers there from Neil, obviously the off-peak hours on BBYW are Midnight-8am.

Re: Entanet have really upset some customers and resellers

From the TBB thread

I've found this news item on ISP Review http://www.ispreview.co.uk/news/EkkVlAykZZhKkRUeqs.html and if that is correct BT have raised the monthly price of IPStream Connect bandwidth charges from £92.64 per Mbit to £122.64 per Mbit. That is a rise of almost 30% and ISPs won't be able to absorb that without making changes.
If this is the case we're sure to see other ISPs acting to increase prices and/or reduce allowances. While Enta appear to have handled the communication aspect badly it seems like BT are the real villains here.

Is this price increase going to affect PN and therefore us as customers?

This is a better reference http://www.thinkbroadband.com/news/3769-bt-increase-broadband-wholesale-prices-will-consumers-feel-t... which has this table
The bit I can't find is the pricing for 21CN WBC which is supposed to be cheaper
