Driving Licence Renewal

@Strat when I did mine it was sucessful, 30.10.2020 - 29.10.2023.

I asked a friend who works at a supermarket, so could some new photos done at the photo booth. Got a bus, job done and was happy I didn't make a mistake.

Was told it cost £6. So all done, sent it off with the D1 and it took around a week and a half and it came back no problems.

It cost me nothing, other than the photo as I have had seizures in the past.

Don't get me started on them - I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy.

So as I've not had one for a while so it got renewed fine. As the Churhcill dog once said "Would you like not to have them?". I would reply "Oh Yes".

Not had one for years so I hope it is a thing of the past now.

Why did I say 2023, I meant 2030! Oh well something less to worry about.

It will be my passport in January 2024, hopefully things will be better then as I would like to travel somewhere. Not sure where yet though.

I thought they would give me a five year license again like last time, but no they've decided on a 10 year one this time. So of course I am not complaining about that.
