Double Decker WiFi

I was off to collect my grandson from school yesterday and about to cross the busy A61 when a double decker bus came past with 'WiFi Bus' written on it.
'Come on-board, get online' was another message.
Is this common these days as I've not seen one before Undecided

Re: Double Decker WiFi

At first I thought that you were referring to a converted bus of the type used as a mobile classroom in developing countries.
I suspect it will become common especially on long-distance routes.

Re: Double Decker WiFi

They now have Wi-Fi fitted on the inter-city trains running between Norwich and London Liverpool Street, first class passengers get the use of it free but standard class have to pay about £2-50 each way to use it,  Undecided

That's the one and the photo was taken on Meadowhead at the corner of Greenfield road.
