English Actor Clive Dunn, best known for playing the rambling veteran-turned-butcher L/Corporal Jones in the beloved sitcom Dad’s Army, has died at age 92, his agent said.

I loved watching Dad's Army.  He was a very good actor.  Sadly missed.

"They don't like it up them!"
Great actor - When I was 8/9 I believed he was as old as Jonsey Cheesy

I see that BBC site has a comment from Frank Williams who played the vicar.
Back in 1965, when SWMBO and I were first married, we lived in Edgware and he lived at home, with his mother, a few doors up the road. Strange chap.
