Does he have a point? I think he does

Stephen Hawking tells us 'not to answer the phone' if Aliens come calling.

"One day we might receive a signal from a planet like Gliese 832c, but we should be wary of answering back.”

I think he has a point m'self.

We make contact and the alien race come here because they've 'messed up' their planet.

When they arrive and look around they make this announcement to all governments around the world.

"Sorry guys but you seem to be more [-Censored-] up than we are". "We'll leave you to it"

But they'll need to have a warp drive or use wormholes to get from one side of the universe to the other.  Is that possible or just fiction?

It's only fiction until happens, until then we are only bound by our imagination?

Or they could be so long lived that time will mean nothing to them.

Their first question: "Could you show us where our cousins, the Dodo's, live?"

Now Zen, but a +Net residue.

I like the suggestion that all the known Universe is just a small part of some creature's insides going about it's daily business.

That probably makes us viruses or bacteria.

Re: Does he have a point? I think he does

Bit late to worry about it now really. Some bloke years ago beamed a transmission to a group of stars that would take fifty years to get there. Now while that signal still hasn't got there and been misinterpreted as a declaration of war, it may well have been picked up by space ships that were passing through the area. That is of course if it hasn't completely dissipated already.
I need a new signature... i'm bored of the old one!

We're probably already being governed by aliens. You just have to look at some of those in charge.

And some of the decisions they make are, well not of this world.
