If I can be bothered to turn them on, (there built into my keyboard's display but disabled by default) generally I put the news on the TV a few times a day when I'm at home and the rest of the time I ignore it as its not pertinent to what I'm doing.

If he means RSS, I have 25 of them configured in Feed Demon Pro which I always have running.

No I do not use them in any capacity (have no requirements to use them)

I actually have 4 RSS feeds
