Just walked my dog around the block and noticed a guy in shorts and t-shirt with wellies on and a christmas hat walking his 2 dogs....

I am sure the postmen in this area have a annual competition to see who can do the rounds in shorts late into the year.

Seen them in shorts in December.

I guess if you go to a football/rugby match no matter how cold the weather they always wear shorts.

Well if they stopped shaving their legs they could have hairy legs too !

My son (who lives in Scotland) tells me that north of the boarder there are only two types or weather "Taps Aff" and "Taps Oan"
