Well it could be the other, My mother is now in a care home, because of physical problems, not mental - she is the sanest in their, but a lot of them think alike.  Nurse where is my food, when they have just finished a full meal, and a lot of other things as well.
Last Thursday they had a reminiscences thing, all sat round in a circle and try and remember what a tin of cocoa was,  seeing us, mum said get me out of here and take me for a walk

Raquel Welch has always been my one of my favourites, a fine looking woman.

Re: Dead-ringers

Then: Kim Novak (close run thing with Annette Funicello)
Now: Annette Funicello (Mrs P actually looks like her, and has disabling MS as well) The pic of older A F incidentally is a still from her made-for-TV biopic called "A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes" that must be 20 years old. I managed to get a copy of this from the states at www.thevideobeat.com
Under no circumstances knocking on my door: Ursula Andress. Could never see the attraction in her young days!!
Edit: Correction: it was made in 1995, so is 15 years old not 20.
Experience; is something you gain, just after you needed it most.

When faced with two choices, simply toss a coin. It works not because it settles the question for you. But because in that brief moment while the coin is in the air. You suddenly know what you are hoping for.

Re: Dead-ringers

Thanks artmo. I'd sort of guessed the last one might be coming but it gets you when it does.

Re: Dead-ringers

I looked a bit like a young Clint Eastwood years ago but look more like Victor Mildrew now. Does anyone remember the calendar girl Penny Irving? Petite, firm and pert.

Re: Dead-ringers

Yes, that's the babe. But I remember her better from the calendars. I did read somewhere that she still looks a stunner now but unfortunately she has decided not to persue any more film or TV roles. What a shame she never got more parts in some of the major films. Well I guess I will have to keep on dreaming.
