I'd be interested to know whether or not anybody's actually noticed any impact of the back of this? (I haven't) Interesting article over on Think Broadband here.

After seeing this mentioned on BBC I ran speed tests on tablet and smart phone - both were normal readings.

I'm not able to log onto my bank this morning (Lloyds TSB) - very sluggish and I get the following message :
"7000001 : Unfortunately there has been a technical problem. This transaction has not been completed."
I don't know if it's anything to do with this but it's rather annoying.
