I don't know about including the longest serving customer in the TV ad: they could end up with someone like myself who's blessed with a face for radio - and marketing probably wouldn't like that.
Maybe they could let you pick who played you  Grin
Re bank accounts: apparently, hardly anyone ever changes their current account.  I've had lots of accounts that I've opened while chasing semi-decent interest rates, but I've had my current account with the same bank for around 40 years.  Though I did changes branches and actual account number back in the 80s sometime.
