When I renewed my contract with PN about 18 months ago in addition to the agreed price I also asked for a few other things which were agreed and this included a email to confirm what had been agreed.
I got the email within hours and got what had been agreed.
Do PN still send out emails to confirm what has been agreed when a new or renewed contract has been agreed or is this a thing of the past ?
@gleneagles Yes they do, and a 'question' is also posted on your account. I always save the email and screenshot of the question.
