My PC, mobile this forum and my sky plus box all say 9.20
Usually XP sorts this out ..

I have the offset set to 0 and it's saying the forum time is an hour ahead. Looks like there's a setting that Plusnet or the moderators need to change.

It is also apparent that either this server or the PUG server is not using a time server as there is about a minutes difference.
