Heard something on the news this morning about TalkTalk starting a service where their customers can be called once a week for a chat.
It's opt-in apparently and they're thinking it will be useful for older people.
Now there are quite a few of us on here in this very category so perhaps we should campaign for Plusnet to do the same thing.
Of the comms team, who would you like to call once a week, and what would you chat about?
Personally, I'd opt for our Bob and nag him each week about Squirrelmail.

Poppy, they've just covered this on BBC Breakfast. Highly embarrassing there was a call to the BBC from a TT customer suggesting that they sorted out their own problems first before talking to others

Oooh... now then... perhaps I could get an answering machine....... so when PlusNet call me up, I can put them on hold, and play them back what I get when I phone them for 20 minutes. !
