Charity does still exist.

Reported in the Bournemouth Echo is the record of the funeral of a homeless man. It is heartwarming to read in today's climate.

I usually deplore many readers' comments in newspapers but certainly not

As a youngster I used to help my father sow wheat seeds. Some of the seeds fell on the roots of olive trees eventually perishing and produce no return. The thought that we would lose some of those seeds did not stop us sowing. If we stop being kind to people simply because we don't get any returns or because some people find it hard to break addiction what have we got left?

No one has to agree with my opinion, but in the time I have left a miracle would be nice.
