Changes which may affect your benefit...

Received one of these forms the other day and just filled it in.
It actually asks for details of all benefit received - why? Surely they must have those details to hand!
There is a small space to notify of any changes in circumstances which is expected but surely asking us to confirm details of any benefits we're receiving is open to abuse.

Re: Changes which may affect your benefit...

It is a way of confirming  ( or otherwise) the authenticity of the recipient/responder..... ( not very helpful if you forget one, or add one, that you have recently ceased to get ! )
