Cancel BT Sport App

Please cancel my BT Sport App. I shouldn't have to phone you for such an easy request. A deliberate attempt to stop people cancelling. Pathetic service !!!!

That's not the case at all - you don't need to phone us to cancel BT Sport.

Please respond to this ticket confirming your instruction and we'll remove it immediately for you.

I'd like to cancel BT Sport app too please, I also don't have the option in my online account?
