Anybody having problems contacting plusnet today

Welcome to the forums, @Patricia1 . Everyone will be having problems contacting Plusnet (and many other organisations) - the current situation is causing major staffing problems.

If you have a problem, the best way of - hopefully - getting a response is to post on the relevent board on this forum. Many of the members have experience in various areas, and even if we can't help, having the issue on here can eventually mean one of the Help Team can pick it up.

I too have this problem. Coronavirus I suppose. Trouble is I want to terminate my service and you cannot do that on line. 

Stop my direct debit I suppose.

@Bill3 In your case, I suggest posting a request for staff contact in 'My Account/Billing'

I wouldn't stop your DD - that can lead to financial problems.
