Call message duration

Just rang the AA about an insurance quote. 1 minute and 23 seconds of automatic messages before being transferred to an agent Shocked At least that was answered within 5 seconds.
Is 1' 23" a record?

Rules of thumb for IVR systems
Never more than 4 options in any 1 menu
Keep the messages a brief as is possible
Use a human being a record in a studio
