Bye all

Hi all
Well I'm leaving PN (or rather my ADSL connection is) so I suspect that once my account is converted to a Generic Service Account I'll get booted from the forum (even though am keeping home phone) so I'll say goodbye now while I still can.
It's been fun, if any of you want to keep in touch my e-mail is techguyDOTmitchATyahooDOTcoDOTuk (this also works with MSN messenger.)
All the best to all of yyou, you're a great bunch.
Take care
Mitch aka techguy

Re: Bye all

Blimey techguy, how many times do you plan on saying goodbye?

Re: Bye all

There will be a memorial service at 10am on Monday followed by tea and biscuits in the EOD posting. All welcome. No flowers.

Re: Bye all

Only an ex customer as far ADSL is concerned.
While on the thought of the word concerned, a £20 cessation charge does not apply if you are migrating does it as I seem to think the guy added one when I was cancelling unless my calculations are wrong.
If I'm going to get booted I might hang around then. Smiley

Re: Bye all

To be honest I thought I would get booted as soon as my connection was migrated away.

Re: Bye all

It used to be the case with the old forums, that you could only post in the Free Dialup forum if you didn't have an subscription account.
Not quite 'booted', but severly limited where you could post Grin
So there's no such restrictions on these forums now I take it?

Re: Bye all

Oh dear
Looks like the guy has activated the cancellation charge so hope my line will not disappear.
Have raised a thread in BB speed so hoping one of the comms team can take a look for me.
I did not want to have to deal with cancellations.

Re: Bye all

As per the thread you've crossposted from, you won't be chanrged the cessation fee.
All deferred contracts get cancelled when a cancellation request is made (or MAC key) and it'll be checked when you migrate out.

Re: Bye all

It's not goodbye, it's just less posting. Good luck with the studies Mitch and no arguing with the tutors. Smiley
