Well im going to stick out the 12 months but then im moving and i wont be coming back. Im not the only one having those issues theres loads of customers with the same problems.

I was tempted but my current deal runs till March so still got 5 months to get a new deal.

I wonder if a lot of customer emails go directly into a computer which identifies key words and based on that sends you a reply. ?

Not sure how a human dealing with such emails could be so stupid. ?

A lot of the "help desk" is done by script and they NEVER read the full details.

ive got a complaint in about my account showing incorrect infomation, im just waiting for a second responce. The first responce didnt even highlight what i complained about. They replied and talked about how great the company is and how easy it is to access the website, seamed like an auto message or somthing already scripted.
