Boy, 3, caught vandalising cars in South Yorkshire

A three-year-old boy was caught vandalising cars in South Yorkshire, data released under the Freedom of Information Act has revealed.
The incident near Rotherham in May was recorded by South Yorkshire Police.
The boy was too young to be charged with any offence.

Where were they while the child was vandalising the cars?
