Blue Sky thinking! For a moment I thought this thread was an adult Chicken Licken tale!

No one has to agree with my opinion, but in the time I have left a miracle would be nice.

"You're obviously better informed than me..."

Google enables us all to be better informed and hopefully without drawing any conclusions. But what has 'the pink pound' or the American version of it got to do with gender, one of those words that have been 'reassigned' (excuse the pun) and no longer it seems relates to sex or sexual preference?

We live in confusing times, especially for us old duffers!

Re: Blue Sky Thinking

I know some Americans dead set against the age of transgender pushing, especially in schools.

Re: Blue Sky Thinking

Not just in America although there they have confusion because of State legislation?

I just do not understand why as the cartoon is sort of saying, 'toilets are just toilets are just toilets for everybody' - and quite honestly if you've gotta go you've gotta go - even if Ms Uncle Tom Cobley is in there!

Having said all that, we have an old enamel sign from a long closed library on our toilet door which says "Reading Room" Wink

Re: Blue Sky Thinking

Confusion by teaching it to school children yes, but we wont go there.

My reference to the 'pink pound' seemed relevant as it's sometimes mentioned when referring to gay & lesbian folk because they often have more disposable income than married couples. Granted it's an odd term to use but in this instance it has everything to do with gender.
