Billing due tomorrow - should I raise the ticket now?

I'm due to be billed tomorrow, but I'm in London all day.
As my billing has been wrong three months running and I couldn't make sense of the response on the last ticket I'm fully expecting the billing to be wrong again.
So should I raise the ticket now?

You might as well have done Smiley Could give them a list of what might be wrong and ask to delete as appropriate Cheesy  I'm on a day trip to the smoke too.
And yes I have managed to get on the right train before anyone asks Wink

Re: Billing due tomorrow - should I raise the ticket now?

So, I've just grabbed a chance to look on the portal during lunch.
Do I need to say what I've found?
Max Premium - I'm now being undercharged by 17p
Refund of over payment last month is not reflected on the invoice or SN - I'll have to check the credit card when I get home to see how much was actually taken, but I'm pretty sure it will be wrong.

Now checked the credit card - the nearly £10 I was overcharged last month which was supposed to be credited to my account hasn't.
I'm beginning to think that my account will never be right again.

Have you tried them yet?
I've only seen the packs of 6, didn't fancy that in case I didn't like them, but I'm told they taste a bit chicken like. There are supposed to be 6-packs with one of each of the new flavours, which is what I'm looking for. Forgot to check in Morrison's again the other day.
