Leaning over on my walking stick with hand on back, with a wavering voice In my young day sonny, there were three main producers of ice cream; Walls, Lyons and the thoroughly delicious Eldorado, however it may have been better known in the South. Eldorado went out of business I believe.
Yes, quite right Santiago, it was misspelt, tried it several ways, but spell check didn't find a right one.

Sorry to disillusion you but I remember it from the cinema in Redcar (North Riding of Yorkshire - now Cleveland)

When I grew up in Bridlington, East Yorkshire, the local cinemas used to sell a local ice cream at one time - and very good it was too.
