That is hard to believe, when they won't even commit themselves to upgrading the remaining 20CN ADSL exchanges within the same time frame !

One good thing about BT is the few times something has gone wrong with my line there has been no waiting time to report the fault. And the fault was looked at the next day or sooner.

 

Which is the main reason I keep my line separate from the broadband.
