BT

Anyone with BT or had been with BT. What is BT infinity like?
Going to BT infinity option 2 76 meg download and 20 meg upload.

I don't have BT Infinity but the experience of a family member has not been good. It's ok when it works but very poor customer service and support when it doesn't.

With BT moons ago, never again. Just google BT and watchdog lol
I'm surprised they've never been prosecuted for some of their tactics.
I need a new signature... i'm bored of the old one!

*Edit - yes, you posted you had it here : http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,118221.msg1023469.html#msg1023469 and the speeds and ping times were better than Plusnet.

@PicBits I have moved to standard BT BB. Upgrading to infinity is part of the process

Ahh right - in your post linked above you said you already had BT Infinity and it was faster than Plusnet - I got kind of confused by that.
