Hi I have recently added the BT Sport app to my broadband , but I can’t log into it. I have looked on the forums and found that I need to make a new BT ID username that has a different email address than the one I had when I was with BT Please someone help me with this problem as I can’t change my original BT ID Cheers
Try logging in with the email that is your default Plusnet email which you used when you receive bills and info. If it excepts that you you may be able to change your password. You do not use your old BT sign in details. That will not work.
When you signed up for BT sport app you normally receive an email from Plusnet.
