BT Broadband

Interesting article in today's paper by Dominic Lawson who was having trouble with his BT broadband and was informed via a Indian call centre someone would call on a specific date to investigate it, no one did call but a day later he did get a phone call, again from an Indian call centre re problems on his computer but was savvy enough to know this was a scam.
He admits this could have been a random call but also adds this is not the first time he has had such calls following contact with BT.
PN get some stick in the ASDL & FIBRE forums but at least we do not get scam phone calls following contact with them in Sheffield.

Re: BT Broadband

I can visualise PN Help Desk Managers scurrying off to Leeds Bradford International to fly to Mumbai to offer expertise.  (There's 9 pm flight from LBA on Wednesday for £407)
Now Zen, but a +Net residue.
