Thanks to Pierre I have changed the time on my profile - but why is this not done automatically by Plusnet? Sad

Re: BST

I guess because we had it at GMT +0 and not Auto, but that wasnt obvious, so 11:19 BST = 10

Its not PlusNet its SMF the forum software, and the old forums never charged automatically either.

Re: BST

Interesting...............I have a cordless phone...................with time showing - earlier it was on GMT so thought - oh, must alter it.  But having just answered a phone call find it has altered itself!  Did not realise it would do that.  Smiley

Re: BST

I've noticed that if you press the auto detect button in the time offset setting in 'Profile' settings, it comes up as -23.  This is wrong - a bug?  It leaves your local setting one day behind.  The correct setting is +1.  This will give BST with the correct date.  I notice that jmd, pierre-pierre, chillypenguin and nadger have the local date set incorrectly and are living in the past!  Many others haven't set it up yet! You can do a quick check by clicking on the name of a person to see what their local time settings are.  Peter Vaughan got it right!
