Anyone suffer from sphenopalatine ganglioneuralgia...

So how do you stop the pain? The pain subsides when the blood vessells return to normal, so some scientists have suggested putting your tongue against the roof of your mouth to help warm the blood passing through.
I don't always get it and it never last more than a minute or two. Next time, though, I'll give the tongue-against-the-roof-of-the-mouth a go.

I rarely get brain freeze as i don't eat ice cream and rarely drink cold drinks but on the odd time i've had it the experience wasn't the greatest lol
I need a new signature... i'm bored of the old one!
