Any gardeners?

Anyone grow purple sprouting broccoli? my is coming into season, full six weeks early (normally early February), if it wasn't for the sprouts still going strong I could crop some for the weekend.

I'm surprised how big the buds are on my red and black currants.
I hope they hang on a (long) bit yet.

Actually, it might be a good thing for it to sprout early. There's nothing like as many whitefly about at this time of year. My purple sprouting in the past has been overwhelmed by the beasts!

It sure is! Different shape (not a big head like the green stuff) but the flavour is much better.
