Any One Use Firefox 13 or Nightly

Me I signed up to get involved with Firefox, bad move, well in parts. It is one chaotic, misguided, confused pathway to go on!!!!

I'm using 13.0.1 if that's any help?  What's Nightly, I don't get it  Huh
And I don't know if anyone has said it yet amongst your multitude of posts, but welcome to the forums  Smiley
(got to do something to try and catch up with pierre, I didn't realise he'd overtaken ol' Bailey - no wonder he's been posting a lot of  lately.)

Re: Any One Use Firefox 13 or Nightly

I use the Firefox ESR branch, so I'm at v10 but with all the security updates that are in 13
Okay, that's what I have installed, I actually use Chrome by default

Re: Any One Use Firefox 13 or Nightly

Why thank you for the welcome... Nightly is a beta version for Firefox which when launched will be called Firefox Nightly or Firefox 15.
Am currently running 3 different versions 8.0, 13.0 and Nightly, now forget about 8 or 15. 13 is their current release and still has issues with the Shockwave Flash Plug-in which 1st came to light in version 8.
Ever gone to a site which uses embedded Java script to run Flash, well depending on how much resources you are using on your computer the video may not run. The plug-in requires the use of 80% of your CPU.

Nothing wrong with Chrome use it all the time, but would not use it in conjunction with my credit card, also does not handle Java scripted forms, can not show contents of drop downs or user boxes.

Security protocols... Ever wonder why you can't use a card over mobile internet, for security reasons, yet you can with Android and the built in browser, Google's security protocols are so hack-able if I put my mind to it...

Hmm, doesn't sound so good. Have to read up on this, don't use Chrome at the moment, got it on the other machine but decided I didn't think I was going to like it.

You will be wasting your time trying to read up on it. If it was public knowledge how long do you think Google Wallet would last for, now there's a cliche.
Now you have your answer... Google Wallet used on both Chrome and Play. Mmmm

The "no quoting all of the preceding post" rule
It's accepted/assumed that if you reply without quote you are replying to the preceding post
It also stops quote pyramids

Need to get a bigger screen or go get my eyes tested... Found the ruling, first time ever I have read the rules (to anything) all the way through, normally I glance or skim my eyes over!!!
Cheers
