Android eBook reader...

I have Cool Reader and Google Play Books pre-installed on my Acer tablet but not too keen on either. I have been looking around Google Play Store and at Google Search reviews and Aldiko Book Reader frequently gets high ratings so may download that.
Does anyone have any other suggestions worth looking at?

Re: Android eBook reader...

What format do you want to read? (epub/mobi etc)
If azw/mobi then Kindle for android. Otherwise Moon Reader is good.

Re: Android eBook reader...

At the moment I only have epub and mobi files.
I'll have a look at Moon Reader, too. Thanks.
Out of interest when searching Google Play do the results come in any particular order e.g. popularity or rating?
I ask because frequently those mentioned here and other places as recommended always seem to be near the top of the list; coincidence?

Re: Android eBook reader...

I've installed and tried both Alkido and Moon Reader and both are miles better the the pre-installed ones.
I'll see over the next few days which I feel is the better.

Re: Android eBook reader...

I think I used Akido last time I tried my tablet as an ereader, but a real ereader is 10000% better.
