I am left a phone voicemail message from BT Retail saying that their suppliers (BT Wholesale) have a slight issue with the order, they are unsure if I really have requested a new line or if I want to move an existing line. They say that every house in our post code (7 houses) seems to have its phone line registered at our address (?) which has added to the confusion.
