After the deafening silence about any benefits from Sponsoring CBB .............

After the deafening silence about any benefits from Sponsoring CBB earlier this year  .............
There's another one coming...
Late Summer.
Channel 5 to air extra Celebrity Big Brother series

Did anyone actually join as a result of PlusNet sponsoring CBB ?
I love PlusNet.
I hate CBB !@!

I'm using PlusNet Broadband for hours each day.
I never watched a single minute of CBB.

Please save the money, and put it into PlusNet core services.
There's a lot of people wanting / needing unlimited these days.
And we'd all like cheaper Broadband. Wouldn't we ?

Agree with Gus.
There's recently been a big increase in new users complaining, usually irrationally, and regretting changing to PN.
I also wondered if they were CBB converts.
I just don't understand why PN sponsors such a low-grade programme  Sad

CBB or normal BB I think they're both crap to be honest.
I need a new signature... i'm bored of the old one!

Thanks - But it's not my team (well, to an extent it is if these are repeated complaints), but essentially this is down to a continual improvement in our call centre performance, in which case there's about 350-400 people who deserve your congratulations Smiley
