Acrobatic Dreamliner

Ever wondered what your holiday jet could do? Have a look at this video showing some acrobatics from a Boeing Dreamliner.
Plane Acrobatics
I hope this doesn't happen with passengers on board Smiley

Just referencing the steep take off Wink
The 787 from Farnborough -

I think normal jets pitch at 10-15 degrees on takeoff. These demos are 30+ degrees.

Re: Acrobatic Dreamliner

It does look a bit suspicious but you'd be surprised what a big aircraft can do when it's light on fuel and the pilot doesn't have to worry about spilling anybody's coffee Grin

Re: Acrobatic Dreamliner

I'm pretty sure a Boeing 707 prototype did a complete barrel roll which is on film and there are rumours of the same with the 747.

Re: Acrobatic Dreamliner

However you look at it it's an acrobatic plane Wink
A small error in the text. It states Farnborough, where the airshow takes place, is in Surrey whereas it's in Hants.

did a complete barrel roll

An absolutely necessary manoeuvre if you have snakes on a plane. Smiley
