A word of praise for Coop Electrical Shop

Placed an order yesterday for a new Bosch Dishwasher (the old one broke) and it was way cheaper than the other sources. It included free delivery, removal of the old one and installation. Selected delivery for today

Received email and text saying would deliver today between 10.00 and 11,00 - it actually arrived at 9.30 and was installed and tested by just after 10.00 by very helpful and efficient installer

Oh dear - just checked today's price and it has dropped another £75

Excellent... and that price drop, could have gone the other way... so be thankful for small mercies ! ! !...

It may pay to give their customer service a ring and point out the price drop, they may be sympathetic.

Totally agree. Bought a fridge off them last year at a really good price for the exact model we (or rather Mrs Minivanman) were after. Spot on all round as well with delivery times and collection. Strange coincidence about that £75 as well because that's how much more our local high street retailer wanted plus delivery and no collection! 

Happy to support the local guy, but not at that price.

Thanks for putting me straight,now I know!, anyway back to topic, I had a similar experience with a well known high street`s eBay shop, I pointed out the price drop and that it could effect the feedback I gave them, they honoured the new price and gave me a refund.

@Oldjim "Coop Electrical" is it a new green enterprise, fuelled from chicken or other fowl sources?
