A new meaning to rolling home drunk

Mind the gap! Woman's drunken stumble off train platform released by Transport Police
Quote
Clearly the worse for drink, she stepped from a train after a night out, then took a tumble and ended up trapped between the platform edge and the carriage.
Tragedy was averted only thanks to other passengers who stopped the train from moving off and pulled her free.
Quote
After her rescue she was taken to hospital with cuts and bruises.
She was later cautioned for being drunk and disorderly.

Taken to hospital for 'cuts & Bruises'........ very lucky is wasn't the hospital mortuary.
I Wonder if she would have still fallen had she been wearing a flat pair of shoes, I have no idea how women can walk on those types of shoes.
