A challenge for PN, should you wish to accept it

As people have probably noticed from that fact I'm always adding useless comments to them, I happen to make a point of reading every EOD that PlusNet publishes. And it seems that in nearly every one I ever read, at least one person mentions being busy. Really? Employees busy at work? You don't say. Wink I'd therefore like to challenge PlusNet's EOD writers to go one whole week (i.e. five consecutive working days) without mentioning them being busy, it being a busy day, or anything too synonymous. You never know, it might lead to slightly more inspired ramblings than we sometimes get. Do you accept?
(N.B. Just in case it's not clear, this post is somewhat tongue-in-cheek - I don't mind the incessant mentions of people being busy that much. But I do still think the challenge would be an interesting exercise to undertake...)

well, looking at the webcams customer support seems to be wandering around the desks - perhaps they will be "busy" later - but should be a good challenge for them to avoid that word!

Tell people not to do something, and they'll just do it more. It happened with 'tea'...

Ahh, but this isn't telling them to not do it, it's challenging them to not do it - the latter tends to have quite a different mental effect to the former.
(Thanks Colin or whoever it was who fixed my blog comment btw.)

Well, comms broke the rules, so they have to pay the consequence! Now we just need to decide on a suitable punishement, and the offending  members of the team... we can make sure it is inacted at the open day (6)

I didn't put the challenge in the EOD thread for yesterday... maybe we should try it for next week. I shall consult on Monday Smiley
