A bit salty isn't it?

A salt by artisan producer Hebridean Sea Salt contains 80% table salt imported from elsewhere, according to a food watchdog.

Next they will be telling us bottled water is 80% from a tap Roll eyes

80%? CocaCola thought 100% would be better.

Sodium Chloride (NaCl) is Sodium Chloride whatever fancy name you give it.

Re: A bit salty isn't it?

Unless it's sea salt where it can contain many "salts" including NaCl... Smiley

Re: A bit salty isn't it?

The excuse trotted out is the same as a lot of other businesses use including plusnet.

A variation of "everybody else does it".

My local Poundstretcher sells small bags of "premium" Himalayan salt.

I'm sure it's very nice as salt goes but being pink it looks too much like the salt I sometimes sling on my paths.

Probably is the same.
