A Hard Day's Night

How many other Films / Songs are instantly identifiable from just one Chord ?
The ‘A Hard Day’s Night’ opening chord
The chord was confirmed by George Harrison as an Fadd9 during an online chat on 15 February 2001:
It is F with a G on top (on the 12-string), plus a bass note from Paul McCartney...
John Lennon also performed an Fadd9, using a Gibson J-160 6-string acoustic guitar.

Some background to the Film
Originally called Beatlemania but retitled after Ringo called a marathon recording session “a hard day’s night” – became a parody of the band’s overnight fame.

I regret not keeping all the original Beatles Monthly Magazines I used to buy.
Plus the floppy Christmas Singles, remember them ?

(I also sold a tape with all the Radio Luxembourg Jingles, bad decision)

Re: A Hard Day's Night

Having met up with an ex BBC Colleague at Wimbledon, we were on the same BBC Course at Evesham, he had invited a few others from the course he had stayed in touch with, most stayed with the BBC.... we've just had a Hard Days Night mini party, a reet good old sing-a-long !!
All of a similar age, a fair bit of reminiscing went on.
Doubtful we will all meet up again.
A Hard Days Night, great to see it again now it has been remastered in HD.
Some fantastic songs.
And rubbish acting !!
