It can't be you 7UP I've just retrieved the winning ticket from the washing machine where my dog spat it.  If you hold it at an angle in moonlight to ready the numbers it's obvious.

Don't give the mods ideas Smiley

I remember when I used to use the lottery on-line, and it used to e-mail you with the subject line "Important News about your Ticket". Meaning you won some amount, so mine would be a pound or two.

Someone at work joked the subject line should change depending on how much you won, say from "Good", "Important", or "[-Censored-]ing Important".

Good idea really.

Re: £87m euromillions winner

Finally, after 60 years of my Premium Bond holding Ernie has decided to cough some cash in my direction this morning. It will not change my way of life.

Instructions for begging letters, Press interviews etc - see above...  I also open fetes, make guest appearances in return for reasonable expenses. Wink

Re: £87m euromillions winner

Ernie sent me my first cheque a couple of years ago after over 50 years of holding them.

Changed my life dramatically...

... that £25 meant I could no longer claim I had never wonCheesy

Re: £87m euromillions winner

On Sunday the 19th of July 1959 I was given a gift of a Premium Bond (57 years).

On Monday the 14th of October 2013 the Premium Bond won me £25.

The Premium Bond I bought on Friday the 15th of February 1963 (54 years) has never won me anything.

Re: £87m euromillions winner

Since January I've had 12 Premium Bond prizes (11x£25, 1x£50). All of them are on recently bought bonds. The one I've had for 60 years (number starts AB...) has never won anything.
