24 hour banking anyone?

Despite the mess of the bigger picture they still manage to give us something to chuckle about Grin

Re: 24 hour banking anyone?

One has to question how the alarm would allow itself to arm if a perimeter door was left open.
So, aside from the issue re: how did the door come to be open, a larger issue has to be that it didn't raise any alerts.

I think is is an interesting statement:

I am sure the bank also operates a 'close and lock all doors' policy as well. Now what did we leave out overnight?

Re: 24 hour banking anyone?

If that happened to a bank where I live, I would give it 5 minutes between the staff leaving and it having 'visitors'.
Actually I don't even think 5 mins is a exaggeration Grin

Re: 24 hour banking anyone?

A while ago a bank in a Sheffield suburb was opened Friday evening by cleaning staff and was found to be still open Monday morning when bank staff arrived. Apparently no on-site withdrawals were made during that period. Roll eyes

I'd give it two minutes round here and they'd be in and having a go at the back of the ATMs.
Next to my local doctor's surgery there is an alternarive therapies place which had its own ATM, a few months ago someone rammed the building and nearly took it clean out to try to steal the ATM.

Re: 24 hour banking anyone?

Well where my parents live, they keep breaking into the Wetherspoons pub.
I also remember a newsagents next to my station getting ram-raided Huh
So you can imagine what a bank would be like around here!
