200 K

Here are three pics of my odometer ( aka Speedo )
Of the 200,000 miles on the clock, I have driven 145,000    ( equiv to SIX times around the equator ) since I got the car in 2004.  It realises over 64mpg and the best I have managed is 67.9 mpg  It starts first time, every time, and has never let me down.... been up welsh mountain roads, that were only fit for tractors and across wild moors on even worse tracks. motorway driving is a cinch and can cruise along at the legal limit for hours on end..... urban driving is easy too, easy to park, and can "shift" in traffic, if the need arises....
Sorry about all the bragging,..  Roll eyes. but just thought it was an occasion worth a mention ..... Cheesy
( gave the car a cheapskate carwash at morrisons, as a treat ! ! ! )...

That's quite an achievement.  You've done well and your motoring costs would have been very low also Smiley

Re: 200 K

Certainly beats one of ours.. 82k on the clock, sat there 3 years, does 0 to 1mph in 3 years (we were pushing it lol) barely moves on tarmac and currently returns 0MPG (thats the worst I've heard of lol).
Despite that I still love it... I'd of had it going this year if it wasn't for all the medical blunders  Cry
I need a new signature... i'm bored of the old one!

Re: 200 K

I recently managed to drive my 1600 diesel C-Max from the east coast of Suffolk back to here (around 220 miles via A12, M25, M3, A303) at an average of nearly 75mpg.
I really ought to take the rook rack off so I can get a decent mpg!

Re: 200 K

Well done shutter, well worth bragging about,
Last year clocked 200k kms on our unimog, won't mention the GPM, but it does have a 5 ton payload.
