15th April 1989

As a member of a News Crew, we visited the Liverpool Football Club Stadium at Anfield daily afterwards..
Very moving and poignant, especially seeing the growing number of floral tributes laid on the Pitch, day by day, and the dignity of people sharing in their grief.

Press did not do a very good job finding the truth.

It's not the responsibility of the press to find the truth, the press report the ' known facts' , usually followed by conjecture, speculation and pure fantasy.
There was a massive cover up at all levels, with everyone ducking the bullets.
