hi is there anyone who cud help my son get connected to xbox live please. the thompson router doesn't seem to want to connect.

Looks like the router is online and connected, so you should just need to connect the xbox to the router. Are you doing this over wireless or with a network cable (cable is easier)? Also what does the xbox say when you go into settings and test the network connection?

If you're connecting with a wireless adapter and not cable, please see response I got to my query earlier today - the advice I got worked a treat, but you will need to know how to log into your router.
