five days ive tryed to play this game and its useless ping jumps 999 then back to 30 -40 then 999 then dead i just cant play it
rang lots of times, they say your speed and connections are fine which is true, but its the ping spikes packet loss all the time
i have tryed everything i no on my side and changed everything turned windows and router firewall off makes no difference still the same

Have you considered setting up a ThinkBroadband Broadband Quality Monitor to graph your line's ping performance ?
Have you had your upload speed uncapped ? - as slow upload speed can cause ping spikes if the upstream path saturates.

I'd agree from looking at recent fault tickets that the connection seems to be stable again and that speeds have recovered.
If you could give the TBB monitor a go as suggested, also assuming you use windows performing a pathping in a command prompt when the issue is evident could be of help too.
