just did a couple of ping tests and things defo look better now, thanks.
my best one was a great improvement.--

on average im getting 30-35ms which is 15ms or so better. A good 30% or so better than b4.

i get 37+ ms  when pinging  bbc.net.uk
can you confirm my interleaving is off please

Hi Wardrobe,
From a quick line check (I'll post the results below just in case they're of interest) I can see that interleaving is set to 'Auto', which might as well be 'on'. Lay the blame on those lousy pings.

cheers mate being a network geek, i'll print them out and use as  a poster
i put a request in a few weekes back to have it off, how do i go about getting it off? as i dont have the option any more on my control panel

im on pro and i have to admit that my pings have not reduced at all they're exactly the same and i've asked for interleaving to be turned off and its no different!

As per my other post, interleaving hadn't been removed at that point.  I've since placed an order for you which should complete early tomorrow.
